We're a veteran-owned, licensed and insured general contractor based in Nampa, and we handle eviction cleanups in Boise, Nampa, Caldwell, Meridian and the rest of the Treasure Valley. Our crew does the lifting, loading and hauling, then sweeps the cleared areas.
We Start After You Have Legal Possession
We only begin an eviction cleanout once the landlord or property manager has legal possession of the property. Notices, court steps, lockouts and any period you're required to hold a former tenant's belongings are handled by you and your attorney or management team, not by us. We don't serve paperwork, change locks or deal with occupants.
If you've been advised to keep certain items for a while, tell us when you book. We'll set them aside in the spot you choose and haul everything else.
What a Tenant Trash Out Includes
A typical tenant trash out in the Treasure Valley covers:
- Furniture and mattresses left in bedrooms, living rooms and basements
- Bagged and loose trash and general household clutter
- Broken appliances and electronics (appliances with Freon or other refrigerants may carry an added disposal charge)
- Garage, shed and storage contents, plus junk in carports and side yards
- Yard debris, tires, old play sets and outdoor items
- A final sweep so your cleaners or repair crew can get started

Built Around Your Turnover Deadline
Vacant days cost you rent. Tell us your turnover deadline when you book, and we'll plan the job to fit it. The crew is sized to the unit, from 1 to 4 people, so a studio apartment doesn't get the same setup as a four-bedroom house with a packed garage.
Office hours are 7 days a week, 8am–5pm. Commercial jobs, including larger property management projects, can be scheduled early, in the evening or on weekends. Before-and-after photos are available on request for your records and owner reports. If we can access the unit and the price is confirmed ahead of time, you don't need to meet us there.
Donated, Recycled or Disposed of Properly
Usable furniture and household goods are donated to local organizations when possible, metal and other materials go to recycling, and the rest is taken to the proper disposal site in Ada or Canyon County. We can't take hazardous materials such as paint, chemicals, fuel or asbestos.
Clear Pricing, Easy Booking
No hidden fees added after the job. Your price is confirmed before we start the work. Extra fees may apply for very heavy items or hard-to-access areas, and we'll tell you about them before the job starts.

Do you handle the eviction itself?
No. We only start once the landlord or property manager has legal possession. Notices, court steps, lockouts and any holding period for belongings are handled by you and your legal or management team.
How fast can you clear a unit after an eviction?
Tell us your deadline when you book and we'll plan the job to fit it. Booking as soon as you know your possession date gives you the best choice of times.
Do I need to be there during the cleanout?
Not always. If we can access the unit and the price is confirmed ahead of time, we can finish while you're away and send before-and-after photos.
What happens to the former tenant's belongings?
We haul what you tell us to remove. Usable items are donated when possible, materials are recycled, and the rest goes to proper disposal. Anything you've been advised to keep can be set aside where you choose.
