We're a veteran-owned, licensed and insured general contractor based in Nampa, serving Boise, Meridian, Nampa, Eagle and the rest of the Treasure Valley. Office hours are 7 days a week, 8am–5pm.

House Cleanout Before Selling
A cleared house shows better, photographs better and is easier for buyers to picture as their own. We work with homeowners and realtors on listing prep, from a single room to a full house cleanout before selling in Nampa, Meridian, Boise or Eagle. If the house belonged to a loved one, our estate cleanouts service takes a slower, room-by-room approach and keeps aside anything the family wants to save.
Before-and-after photos are available on request, which helps when you or your agent are managing the sale from out of town.

- Pick a time: we schedule around your move-out, closing or lease-end date.
- We load and haul: your price is confirmed on site before any work begins.
- Swept clean: we sweep the cleared areas before we leave.
Donate, Recycle, Then Dispose
Moves produce a lot of usable furniture and household goods. We donate what we can to local organizations, recycle metal and other materials, and take only the rest to proper disposal in Ada or Canyon County. Hazardous materials like paint, chemicals and fuel aren't accepted.
No hidden fees added after the job. Your price is confirmed before we start the work. Extra fees may apply for very heavy items or hard-to-access areas.

How far ahead should I book a move-out cleanout?
As soon as you know your move-out or closing date. Booking early gives you the best choice of times, and we plan the job around your date.
Can you come after the movers leave?
Yes. Many customers schedule us for the day after the movers so we can take everything that didn't ship.

Do I need to be home during the cleanout?
Not always. If we can access the items and the price is confirmed ahead of time, we can finish while you're away and send before-and-after photos.
