Last updated: October 20, 2026
Evergreen Junk Solutions ("Evergreen," "we," "us") is based in Nampa, Idaho, and provides junk removal, cleanouts, yard and landscape services, light demolition, excavation and skid steer work, and snow removal in Idaho's Treasure Valley. This policy explains what information we collect when you contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information We Collect
- Information you give us: your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code or service address, and details or photos about the job, when you call, text, email, fill out a form on our website, or submit a form through one of our Facebook or Instagram ads.
- Basic website data: like most websites, our site and its hosting and security providers may automatically record technical information such as your browser type, device, pages visited, and approximate location.
Our website uses the Meta Pixel to measure how well our Facebook and Instagram ads work. You can opt out of ads based on this activity through your Facebook ad settings.
How We Use Your Information
- To reply to your request, give you an estimate, schedule and complete your job, and follow up afterward.
- To contact you by phone, text or email about your request. If you ask us to stop texting you, we will.
- To improve our website, services and advertising.
How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:
- with service providers that help us run the business (for example, our scheduling and messaging providers, invoicing software, website hosting, and email tools), and only so they can do that work for us;
- with Meta (Facebook and Instagram), when you submit one of our ad forms there or through the Meta Pixel on our website, under Meta's own privacy policy; and
- when required by law.
How Long We Keep It
We keep your information as long as we need it to serve you and to keep normal business and tax records, and then we delete it or stop using it.
Your Choices
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the personal information we have about you, or to stop contacting you, by reaching us at the contact details below.
Children
Our services are for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when it last changed.
