Getting a Boise Home Ready to Sell
Once the family has what it wants, the next step is usually getting the house ready for a realtor. We clear every room, the garage and the yard, and leave the home ready for cleaners and any repairs. If there's an old shed, deck or hot tub that would hold back a sale, we can remove it through light demolition in the same project. Tell us your listing date when you book, and we'll plan the work to fit it. Many families also ask us to keep a few pieces of furniture in place for staging. Just mark them, and we'll leave them where they are.

No hidden fees added after the job. Your price is confirmed before we start the work. Extra fees may apply for very heavy items or hard-to-access spaces.
